From Vision to Reality
A New Chapter Begins
Every transformation begins with a vision.
In September 2025, the journey of Olympian began with a clear purpose: to completely transform the property and create a modern, comfortable and welcoming accommodation designed around the needs of today’s traveller.
What started as a renovation project soon became a complete transformation.
For months, every detail was carefully considered — from the spaces and their functionality to the atmosphere, comfort and overall guest experience. The goal was not simply to renovate the property, but to create a completely renewed place to stay, combining contemporary aesthetics with warmth, comfort and genuine hospitality.
After months of work and dedication, the renovation was completed in June 2026.
And in July 2026, Olympian opened its doors and welcomed its first guests.

The Transformation of Olympian
The transformation is best experienced through the images.
Our Before & After gallery presents the journey of Olympian from its previous form to the completely renovated accommodation it is today.
Each image tells part of the story — showing the spaces as they were before and the result of months of planning, work and attention to detail.

The New Olympian
In July 2026, the new Olympian welcomed its first guests.
The response was immediate, with strong demand for accommodation from the very beginning of its operation. More importantly, the first guests shared their experiences through excellent reviews on Booking.com.
Their feedback has been one of the most rewarding parts of this new beginning.
Today, Olympian combines its completely renewed environment with the things that matter most to our guests: comfort, cleanliness, convenient location, proximity to the beach and, above all, warm and attentive hospitality.
